23rd Feb - 4th Day of diet - 152.6lbs

I am really happy that I did not give up yesterday because today when I checked my weight it was really really great. I'd lost 1.4lbs in a day. Today was again another tough day because Saturday I am at home and obviously get tempted so much. But I cooked for my husband but never ate. I had one or two bites here and there. It was not because I was hungry it was just to tast stuff :)

22nd Feb - 3rd day 154lbs

Yesterday's weight was 154lbs. Not bad.

I was not well yesterday and did not go to work. Because I was at home and was tired I was getting really tempted to break my diet. But I thought I have already suffered the first two days which is usually difficult, if I break it at this stage, then those two days of struggle would go waste. So I was strong and did not give up and I am happy that I didn't

21st Feb - 2nd day of diet - 154.88lbs

I could not update my post on 21st. All I remember is my weight after one day of diet was 69.7kgs(154.88lbs). That's 1.8lbs less on one single day. Now wonder I'm continuing the diet

20th Feb 2008 - 1st day of diet again :) - 156.4lbs Restart weight

Ok...Here comes my second phase of diet. For people who are reading my blog for the first time, I started my diet in 2006 Nov and lost around 30kgs(67lbs) in three months time following Lipotrim diet and then Cambridge diet. after a year, the update is, I've not maintained all the weight loss but have not gained all the weight too. I have gained around a stone's weight which I really want to lose.

So my update as of today is I am 70.4 kgs (156.4lbs). I want to become at least 140lbs. for which I'm restarting my cambridge diet. Today I've successfully managed to have only my pack (1 Cranberry bar, two spicy tomatoes). In addition I had some poppadams. Please don't ask me whether its part of diet. Of course its not. I got tempted when I was frying Poppadams for my husband and daughter. Anyways its my first day and I should be forgiven.

I think its easy to do it for the first two days its gets worse after that. I'll keep you posted about my progress. Lets see what happens tomorrow. Hopefully I would have reduced some weight tomorrow in the morning and that would motivate me to continue tomorrow.
